Over a 6 year period at McGinley Kalsow and Associates, Ryan worked with St. Ann’s Parish to upgrade their Church and School Building. Working on the projects as project manager, creating a fully accessible entrance to the Church was a priority and was achieved with the installation of a new elevator and entrance stair. The new entry connected a new parking lot and green space while preserving the historic exterior of the Church and enhancing the use of the main upper Church. Additional work was performed on to restore the exterior masonry at the Church tower, create a new Sacristy, restore the stained glass windows, install a high efficiency heating system, and create a fully accessible choir loft.
