Cottage Renovation and Addition

This 1970’s residence was in need of a revitalization and modification. A solar panel array on the new roof provides power to the new heat pump heating and cooling system. An addition and renovation incorporated a new layout for a new entry, living room, family room, studio, wine cellar, and garage.
