Modern Farmhouse Renovation

This project provided a new open floor plan on the first floor and fully renovated interior spaces. Existing walls and spaces were reused where possible and structural reinforcement was added to open up the first floor kitchen and living room space. The project combined the best aspects of the existing house with the vision of a new modern farmhouse.
